TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
1. User responsibility
It is the responsibility of visitors, clients or users of this website to read carefully the General Conditions of Use set out below. Use of or access to the portal implies knowledge and full acceptance of each and every one of the legal warnings and conditions established.
2. General conditions of use
Our web portal provides access to a wide range of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, «the content») on the Internet belonging to:

8. Customer service, incidents and complaints
At Inglés y Punto LTD we work to offer a close, professional and high-quality service, continuously monitoring all of our programmes and students.
In order to be able to deal with any incident quickly and effectively, the client, student or legal representative must report any disagreement, incident or complaint in writing as soon as possible and, preferably, within 48 hours of the situation giving rise to the complaint occurring, by email to:
The communication must include:
- Full name of the student and/or client.
- Programme booked.
- Detailed description of the incident.
- Date of the incident.
- Photographs, documents or any other available evidence, if any.
The client undertakes to report any incident during the programme as soon as possible, thus allowing Inglés y Punto LTD to take reasonable measures to try to resolve the situation immediately.
Inglés y Punto LTD cannot be held responsible for incidents that have not been reported during the programme and in respect of which no reasonable opportunity has been given to intervene and resolve them.
Complaints will be examined individually and every effort will be made to offer an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
Where applicable under current consumer legislation, the client may request the corresponding official complaint form (hoja oficial de reclamaciones) of the Region of Murcia, the registered seat of the company’s representative.
Likewise, the consumer is informed that, in the event of a dispute, they may turn to the competent consumer bodies or use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

Inglés y Punto LTD acts as an intermediary agency and organiser of international educational programmes, working with schools, academies, host families, residences, transport companies and other external entities, so certain conditions and services may depend on third-party collaborators outside the company.
Nevertheless, Inglés y Punto LTD will take all reasonable steps necessary to assist the client and try to resolve any incident that may arise during the programme.
